ORDERING
There are a few different ways of confirming your order with SINC once you have decided on your purchase.
- You can call one of our stores (see store contacts) and place the order over the phone.
- You can email us at emilycwilliams@optusnet.com.au with the details of your product(s), mailing address and your credit card details.
- You can use our online shopping facility.
FREE GIFT WRAPPING
We are pleased to offer you free gift wrapping of your purchase. Please pop a note in the "comments" area once you have placed your order.
PAYMENT
We accept credit card payments, (Visa Card, Master Card and Bankcard only) via PAYPAL or you can call your credit card details through to our Armadale store. Your order will be processed within 48 hours of payment clearance provided all items are in stock.
PRIVACY
Any information we collect from you is for the sole purpose of processing your order and will not be sold, exchanged, or otherwise disclosed to anyone unless required by law. We will not hold any credit card details on file.
SINC DELIVERY, PICKUP OR SHIPPING
We are pleased to offer free Shipping within Australia to customers who purchase a minimum of $150 worth of full priced stock.
We prefer to send our goods to you by Express Post. This way you will receive your purchase 1 day after it is despatched providing you are within the Express post domestic network and all parcels are traceable. The following freight charges are applicable.:-
Express Post parcels up to 500 grams in weight will be charged at $8
Express Post parcels up to 3kg in weight will be charged at $12
If you would prefer your item to arrive by courier, please organise this at time of ordering and we will advise you of the applicable additional cost that will be incurred.
If you would prefer to personally pickup your order, please arrange this with one of stores and allow 24 hours notice for the goods to be packaged and ready for collection.
For international customers, we will advise you of the air mail cost prior to finalising your order. The price will be in conjunction with our local current Australia Post costs and will depend on the weight and size of your order. We anticipate that international deliveries will take between 7-14 days.
Sinc will not take responsibility for orders arriving late due to unforeseen circumstances with mail/courier facilities.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES
Whilst Sinc takes pride in ensuring all goods that are despatched are not faulty, should you receive an item that is damaged or faulty, please call our Armadale store on 03 9822 4882 within 7 days of receiving your goods to organise a refund or exchange. We will ask you to send back the item and providing the item is in its original condition we will refund the purchase.
Once you have receive your goods, should you decide the items are not how you thought they would be, or if by chance you have changed you mind, you have 14 days to send the item back for an exchange only. The goods must be in the original condition and you must provide proof of purchase. Sinc will not refund the postage and will not be responsible for the cost of returning the stock to our premises.
